Many people ask what the difference is between sheet and plate? Plate starts at 3/16” (7 GA) thickness and can go as thick as 10”. Sheet begins at 1/8” or 11 Gauge up to 30 Gauge. Spirit Metals offers both hot and cold rolled sheets in various sizes.
